Just Plane Radio is the first and only nationally syndicated radio show devoted exclusively to flying and the aviation lifestyle! (Sound familiar?) The initial mission of JPR is to inform listeners on the relatively easy process and the freedom associated with becoming a private pilot.
Just Plane Radio builds on the success of ScubaRadio and World of Boating, which have become prominent promotional vehicles for the diving and boating industries. Greg The Divemaster and Mermaid Toni continue their Silent Diving Rebreather adventures October 17-26, 2011 at Aquanauts Grenada. The Scuba Cowboy and some additional mermaid reinforcements will be joining them as well to cemmemorate the 50 year anniversary of the Bianca C wreck site. ScubaRadio and the Wreck Racing League!
Pompano Beach, FL- On July 31st, 2011 the Wreck Racing League returned to the clear blue waters of Pompano Beach, FL for the 2nd Annual Gold Coast Underwater Grand Prix. This year’s race track, the SS Copenhagen, provided a shallow water course for optimal safety and maximum action. Hosted by South Florida Diving Headquarters, Formula H2O Racing returned to the Gold Coast to crown Michael Vivona, powered by a Dive X Cuda DPV, the Grand Champion of the race.
The Gold Coast Grand Prix is the second installment on the 2011 Formula H2O racing circuit. For the second year in a row, the Pompano race boasted the highest attendance with a crowd inclusive of both SCUBA and freedivers, the Wounded Warrior Project, Divers for Heroes, and snorkelers who viewed the race from the surface…..Of course, ScubaRadio's Mermaid Toni and Greg The Divemaster were on hand to cheer on the racers as well!
