The world’s first and only nationally syndicated radio show devoted to diving! Suckin’ on-air since 1997! ScubaRadio is likely the most downloaded scuba themed podcast in the world as well! It airs every Saturday from 3-5pm EST on radio stations throughout the US and worldwide both live and through archived podcasts. Each week Greg The Divemaster and friends guide you through the latest dive related news and information often combined with an irreverent twist. Imagine hanging out at a Tiki bar after a day of diving and sharing fish tales with friends. Join the conversation live at 1-888-88-SCUBA, through email, or by clicking on the “Get on the air” tab 24/7 right here at ScubaRadio.com.
Inspired by our ScubaRadio exploits in FIJI, this tale comes from the twisted mind of Captain Patrick Prainito from our World of Boating radio show. While this is a work of fiction, we have no doubt Patrick used this creative outlet as therapy for dealing with Greg The Divemaster, Bill The Producer and the entire ScubaRadio cast of characters. We have hired extra security and encourage you to add Kava Screw to your reading list. 😉
If you missed the live broadcast on 12-21-13, you might want to kick back, grab a spiked eggnog, and give this a listen. This is what happens when the ScubaRadio crew stay home for the holidays….and WAIA (We Apologize in Advance)

Christmas in the Keys was Friday and Saturday evening at the Dockside Tropical Cafe. The opening of this unique new dive bar has been the longtime dream of our good friend Eric Stone (of the ScubaDudes). We just came out to enjoy the live music from Eric and his band. Plus make a few holiday memories with our ScubaRadio family and friends. You might want to give it a go yourself sometime…The rates are great at the Sombrero Resort & Marina right next door…..within crawling distance. 😉

(Read the following in your best Austin Power accent) The dive industry Came Together November 6-9 in Orlando for the DEMA (Diving Equipment & Marketing Association) trade show. To tie-dye into the Beatles themed awards party this year, a ScubaRadio Shagadelic Celebration opened the show each morning with Explorer Ventures liveaboard trip giveaways, live music with the Scuba Cowboy and a few other surprises one mind find in an Octopuses Garden! Yeah baby Yeah! Check all the pix thanks to our ScubaRadio photographer for the event, Richard Rossetto!

On board for this adventure will be photo pros Barry and Ruth Guimbellot, who specialize in shooting those unique front and reverse angle cover photos for Dive Training magazine. They are some of the most respected photographers in the biz and love sharing their photo tips and tricks of the trade. Plus you will get a behind the scenes look at what goes into shooting one of these unique Dive Training covers as they attempt to shoot one while on board! Having Barry and Ruth judge a friendly front and reverse angle photo contest among the passengers is rumored to be part of the festivities as well.
ScubaPro dive equipment will be featured on board this week and possibly even sent home with a few lucky ScubaRadio ScubaCruisers!
The Scuba Cowboy will provide live music flanked by one of our ScubaRadio Mermaids and of course, we will originate a ScubaRadio broadcast live from the deck of Caribbean Explorer 2 that week to rub it in to all the poor saps back home….You do not one to be one of those people.
This is truly above and beyond what you would get on a typical week on board the Caribbean Explorer 2, which is an amazing dive adventure on its own, so don't miss this opportunity to experience something truly unique…and at no extra cost! Space is limited, so call Explorer Ventures now 1-800-322-3577.
